We are looking for a Digital Sales Manager / Business Development Manager with experience in B2B sales, digital advertising, digital marketing or media sales.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, connecting with brands and businesses, understanding their marketing requirements and selling digital advertising and marketing solutions.

Responsibilities
- Generate recent B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking and other channels.
- Identify and connect with marketing heads, business owners and decision makers.
- Sell digital advertising, digital marketing and media solutions.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and sales discussions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate and close deals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution.

Requirements




- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Digital Sales / Media Sales.
- Experience in selling digital advertising, digital marketing, media or advertising solutions such as SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Website Development or other digital marketing solutions will be preferred.
- Strong new business development and client acquisition skills.
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and independently close business.
- Experience working with brands, agencies or businesses will be an advantage.

Preferred candidates: Digital Marketing Agencies, Advertising Agencies, Media Companies, AdTech or Digital Media Sales backgrounds.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
