Wooden Supervisor

Company: Concept & Solutions Metfab Pvt. Ltd.

Experience: 5+ years in Plant/Factory/Production Head role
Industry: Furniture, modular furniture, retail fixtures, kitchens, interior fit-outs

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete plant & production operations
- Production planning, targets, productivity & dispatch
- CNC, cutting, edge banding, drilling, assembly & finishing
- Quality control and process improvement
- Manpower and team management
- Material/inventory planning and cost control
- Coordinate Design, Purchase, Projects & Installation
- Preventive maintenance and plant safety
- Implement Lean Manufacturing/continuous improvement

Required: Robust furniture/woodworking manufacturing experience, CNC knowledge, AutoCAD/BOQ understanding, leadership and production-planning skills.

Education: Engineering/Diploma or related field.Role & responsibilities
