1. Business Growth Manager – UAE & India

Location: Chennai, India (Hybrid, with UAE travel)

Job Type: Full time

Working Days/Hours: *Mon-Sat, 9 AM-6 PM IST*

Salary: Up to INR 50,000/month

Reports To: CEO

Travel: 3 times/year to UAE ( DUBAI OFFICE )

Travel Allowance: As per company policy

Job Summary:

Drive business development and lead conversion for our technology platforms across UAE and India markets. Based in Chennai with periodic UAE travel for client meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Own business development and lead conversion for our technology platforms
- Manage inbound leads from social media campaigns
- Make outbound calls to identify and develop new clients
- Qualify and close deals, coordinating with in-market resources
- Travel to UAE 3x/year for client meetings
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Report on pipeline and conversion metrics to CEO

Company-issued India + UAE mobile numbers, CRM access

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4+ years in business development, sales, or telesales
- Experience in IT pre-sales and account management highly preferred
- Excellent English communication (Hindi/Urdu a plus)
- Comfortable with outbound cold calling
- Valid passport, willing to travel internationally
- Prior experience in a hybrid, target-driven sales role preferred
