Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Job Overview

We are looking for a result-driven and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire property buying process, from initial site visits to final deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

Client Handling: Manage and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.

Site Visits: Conduct property tours and explain project features to potential buyers.

Negotiation: Handle pricing discussions and counter-offers professionally.

Deal Closing: Secure sales and complete necessary documentation for final closures. [1]

Requirements & Skills

Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience in the Real Estate sector.

Communication: Confident, fluent, and persuasive communication skills.

Mindset: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and hungry for success.

Core Skills: Solid decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,466.66 per month
