BCforward is seeking a dynamic and service‑driven
Onboarding Specialist
to support the full lifecycle of new hire onboarding for a diverse portfolio of U.S. and global clients. This highly visible role requires exceptional customer service, strong English communication, and the ability to execute with urgency and precision in a fast‑paced environment.

The Onboarding Specialist ensures all new hire requirements are initiated, monitored, and completed in alignment with client expectations, internal standards, and federal, state, and local compliance regulations. This position works closely with cross‑functional internal teams and provides regular, proactive updates to client stakeholders. The role reports directly to the Onboarding Manager.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable navigating multiple systems while maintaining accurate, compliant, and timely onboarding workflows.

Key Responsibilities




- Launch and manage background checks and drug screening processes in accordance with client policies and U.S. regulatory requirements.
- Initiate, review, and track all current hire documentation, including:
- Form I‑9, W‑4, and applicable state forms
- Client‑specific onboarding documents
- Federal, state, and local compliance requirements
- Ensure accurate and timely ADP Payroll data entry and update information as needed.
- Maintain consistent, error‑free data across platforms such as ADP, Erecruit, Salesforce, and VMS tools.
- Build and apply knowledge of U.S. compliance, onboarding best practices, and evolving regulatory deadlines.
- Partner with Account Managers, department leaders, and internal teams to ensure candidates are fully clear and ready for assignment start.
- Communicate screening outcomes and onboarding milestones with discretion and in alignment with privacy and compliance requirements.
