Purpose/Objective

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Assistant Manager to work at commissioning, maintenance and reliability of the main steam turbine and its auxiliary systems in a thermal power plant with a capacity of 500 MW or more.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Commissioning, preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, spare parts management, and vendor coordination, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities of Role

This role is crucial for ensuring that all systems and equipment meet design specifications and operational requirements, leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance commissioning outcome.
- Deep technical knowledge of steam turbines and auxiliary systems.
- Expertise in condition monitoring techniques (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
- Strong skills in planning, budgeting, vendor management, and project execution.




- Proficiency in CMMS, SAP, MS Office, and technical documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Ensure all commissioning protocols as per design recommendation.

Technical Competencies

Cross-Functional Coordination,Knowledge of steam turbines and auxiliary systems commissioning,Project & Vendor Management skills,Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience Total : With Degree : 6+ Years of Experience.

Mechanical Essential Area of Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of steam turbines and auxiliary systems commissioning and maintenance.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
