Position: Junior Territory Manager

Experience: 4 To 15 Years

Location: Madurai, Cuddalore, Karnataka.

Your Task:
- Manage field service operations and ensure maximum machine up time.
- Develop and monitor dealer service capability, infrastructure, and performance.
- Handle customer issues, technical escalations, warranty claims, and service support.
- Conduct field visits, service campaigns, audits, retrofitments, and technical training.
- Monitor service KPIs, spare parts availability, competition feedback, and customer satisfaction.

Your Profile:
- B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 4 To 15 years of experience.
- Solid knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, transmission, and electrical systems.
- Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, failure analysis, RCA,



and preventive maintenance.
- Strong dealer and customer handling, communication, planning, and territory management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM/service applications, MS Office, and field service data analysis.
