Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated, diligent and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of MS Office and understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM tools. This role involves working

closely with the operations and customer success teams to ensure accurate data management for the client and providing insights, and analysis through Excel

Role & responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining the data for the client in the desired system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform data entry, data cleanup, and data migration tasks.




- Collaborate with distributed teams to understand data requirements and share the same in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- Provide training and support to team members on client system (s) and Excel best practices.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems Salesforce (SFDC) and Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
