Sri Chaitanya Academy, Bhubaneswar Centre is looking for a self-driven and result-oriented Admission Officer to join our team.

? Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

? Experience: Minimum 2 years in relevant field

? Salary: Negotiable | Based on experience & capability

? Key Responsibilities

• Drive student admissions and enrollment as per the academic season and business requirements.

• Execute field marketing activities and generate quality leads through various channels.

• Develop and maintain strong school connections and institutional relationships.

• Conduct school visits, counseling activities, seminars, promotional activities and other admission-focused initiatives.

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, scholarships and admission processes.

• Achieve assigned admission, lead generation and business targets.

• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for student acquisition.

? What We’re Looking For





✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant field experience in admissions, education sales, field marketing or a similar role.

✅ EdTech / Education industry experience preferred.

✅ Robust school and institutional connections in Bhubaneswar will be an advantage.

✅ Excellent communication, convincing and relationship-building skills.

✅ Self-driven, target-oriented and proactive approach.

✅ Strong growth mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

✅ Willingness to travel locally for field activities and school outreach.
