We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager E-Commerce to manage and scale KasaCore’s paid advertising across Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms. The role focuses on improving marketplace visibility, driving sales, and optimizing advertising performance.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, analytical, proactive, and eager to experiment and execute recent ideas.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize spend for better ROAS, ACOS, and sales.
- Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and search-term analysis.
- Monitor campaign, product, and keyword performance and take corrective actions.




- Identify and scale high-performing campaigns, products, and keywords.
- Test new targeting strategies, campaigns, keywords, and ad formats.
- Analyze competitors and identify new advertising opportunities.
- Work closely with the Marketplace Manager to improve product visibility, rankings, and conversions.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Explore new e-commerce advertising opportunities and platforms.
- Manage Meta/Google Ads when required.
