Roles and Responsibilities :

1 Lead a team of 40+ engineers for prototype validation, production testing, and field issue resolution.

2 Conduct regular training and knowledge transfer sessions for team development.

3 Define KRAs and conduct periodic performance reviews for the team.

4 Detailed knowledge about quality control and assurance processes in alignment with IATF, ISO 9001, IS 16046, AIS-156 and other applicable standards.

5 Manage internal, external, and customer audits ensuring 100% compliance.

6 Drive product certifications and approvals (TSEC, BPC, IA) with telecom and EV industry standards.

7 Develop test plans, protocols, test setup and reports for Telecom Power Plants, Lithium-Ion Batteries, EV Chargers.

8 Supervise lithium battery pack testing operations (cycle life, safety, functional tests) using CAN/RS-485 based protocols.

9 Optimize test jigs and infrastructure to meet dynamic product requirements.

10 Drive systematic Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D,



and CAPA processes for in-house and field issues.

11 Lead voice of customer (VOC) initiatives ensuring effective and timely resolution of complaints.

12 Lead continuous improvement and cost optimization projects, targeting OPEX reduction and production efficiency enhancement.

13 Manage project milestone reviews for product quality, testing, and validation stages.

Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in a similar role within the automobile industry.
- Robust understanding of Data Analysis principles for troubleshooting complex issues.
- Proficiency in developing effective test plans, procedures, and reports using various software tools (e.g., Neware, croma etc).
- Experience working on projects related to vehicle dynamics, engine performance, or other areas relevant to the automotive sector.
