We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented
Resort Operations Manager
who can take ownership of the resort's day-to-day operations, lead the team, improve guest satisfaction, increase occupancy and revenue, and ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the entire property.

Key Responsibilities
- Take complete responsibility for the
day-to-day operations and overall functioning of the resort
.
- Plan and implement strategies to increase
occupancy, bookings, revenue, and profitability
.
- Manage reservations, front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, guest services,



and other operational functions.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and maintain consistently high standards of hospitality and service.
- Build strong relationships with guests and effectively resolve complaints, feedback, and operational issues.
- Lead, supervise, train, motivate, and monitor resort staff across all departments.
- Prepare staff duty rosters, work schedules, and ensure proper manpower utilization.
- Monitor daily operations, attendance, discipline, service quality, cleanliness, and staff performance.
- Control operational expenses and ensure efficient utilization of resources, inventory, supplies, and manpower.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, revenue reports, and operational performance reports.
- Identify opportunities for
cost reduction, revenue enhancement, upselling, and business growth
