TheEngineersFoundry Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Chemical Engineering Intern
to join our early-stage
R&D; initiative
in surface treatment, copper deposition, and metallization for electronics applications.

We are currently building this capability
from the ground up
and are looking for someone who is excited to learn, experiment, and grow with us. This is an opportunity to be part of the early development of our chemical R&D; activities rather than simply working with an established process.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and experiment with
electroless and electrolytic copper deposition
processes.
- Assist with surface preparation, chemical bath preparation, and process optimization.
- Study parameters such as pH, temperature, concentration, time, and current density.
- Evaluate deposition quality, adhesion, coverage, and uniformity.
- Troubleshoot process issues and document experimental results.
- Research different approaches, conduct experiments, and help develop repeatable processes and SOPs.




- Work closely with our electronics, mechanical, and automation teams.

Who We're Looking For
- B.Tech/M.Tech in
Chemical Engineering
, Chemistry, Materials Science, Electrochemistry, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of electrochemistry, surface chemistry, or metal deposition.
- Strong interest in
hands-on R&D; and experimentation
.
- Curious, analytical, and willing to learn independently.
- Comfortable working in an environment where processes are still being developed.

Prior experience with
electroplating, electroless plating, copper deposition, or surface treatment
is a plus, but not mandatory.

We don't expect you to know everything. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, experiment, solve problems, and grow with the team.
