The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and proven experience in training internal teams across multiple coding domains.

Key Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Medical Coding
- In-depth knowledge of ED, E/M, and Home Health Coding
- CPC certification is mandatory
- Solid communication and training delivery skills
- Ability to handle batches, assessments, and performance monitoring
- Immediate joiners preferred
