Key Responsibilities
- Perform FEA simulations for product development based on project and customer requirements.
- Develop and analyze component, system-level and full-vehicle FE models.
- Perform linear and nonlinear structural analysis, including large deformation and contact analysis.
- Conduct modal, harmonic, dynamic, random vibration/PSD and shock analyses.
- Perform structural, vibration, crash/shock and explicit simulations as required.
- Build FE models, perform preprocessing/meshing and interpret simulation results.
- Correlate FE simulation results with physical/shaker test data.
- Verify inputs, estimate efforts, plan activities and ensure timely delivery.
- Support preventive/corrective actions and maintain quality and delivery metrics.
- Contribute to standardization,
documentation and improvement of FEA methodologies.

- Solid experience in structural FEA
- Linear & nonlinear structural analysis
