Water & Water Supply, Urban, Connectivity and Civil Infrastructure
projects.

We are looking for a technically and commercially strong
Civil Engineer
who can contribute across the complete project lifecycle - from
Tender Analysis & Bid Preparation to Project Planning, Execution and Management
.

Key Responsibilities

Tendering & Bid Preparation
- Work in collaboration with the Tender and Finance Team.
- Analyse NITs, tender conditions, BOQs, drawings, specifications and contractual requirements.
- Prepare estimates, rate analysis and project costing.
- Identify technical/commercial risks, scope gaps, deviations and ambiguities.
- Help in preparing technical submissions, methodologies, pre-bid queries and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for rates and technical inputs.

Project Planning & Execution




- Translate awarded tender requirements into practical project execution plans.
- Prepare schedules, resource plans and project milestones with Management.
- Lead the team of site supervisors.
- Coordinate with site teams, clients, consultants, vendors and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress, productivity, quality and resource utilisation and prepare reports.
- Identify execution bottlenecks and support resolution of technical issues.

Cost & Contract Management
- Monitor project costs against BOQ/budget and identify cost overruns.
- Assist with RA Bills, measurements, variations, extra items and claims.
- Track EOT, hindrances, scope changes and contractual obligations.
- Maintain technical and contractual documentation required for project management and claims.
