PFit Global Inc. is seeking a Network Administrator to manage the company s network, systems, email, domain, user accounts, and IT infrastructure. This position will also provide technical support to employees and assist with maintaining the security and reliability of company systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Monitor network connectivity, performance, and system availability.
- Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
- Perform routine network and system checks.
- Support system updates, patches, and infrastructure changes.
- Maintain network and IT infrastructure documentation.
- Manage company domains and DNS records.
- Monitor email and domain health and address delivery issues.
- Manage email accounts and access permissions.
- Handle email and domain whitelisting and address blacklisting or delisting issues.
- Set up user accounts, systems, and applications for new employees.
- Manage employee access, credentials, and permissions.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Remove system and application access when employees leave the organization.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, network, and system-related issues.
- Manage firewall and other security configurations.
- Assist with protecting company systems and data from unauthorized access.
- Monitor potential security and infrastructure issues.
- Maintain IT equipment and system records.
- Work with external technology vendors when required.
- Review existing IT processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work Arrangement
This is a part time hybrid position based in Hyderabad.
- 4 days remote
- 1 day in the office
