We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can identify potential customers, generate new business opportunities, understand client requirements, present suitable digital solutions, and convert prospects into paying customers.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Contact potential customers and understand their business requirements.
- Pitch and sell SDC's digital products and services.
- Promote Official WhatsApp API, Chatbot & Automation, CRM, Digital Marketing, Website Development, and Software Solutions.
- Conduct product/service demonstrations and online meetings with prospects.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers as required.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.




- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Track competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, calls, meetings, conversions, and revenue.
