is expanding its Corporate Partnerships team and is looking for a
dynamic, target-oriented professional
to join us in Pune.

Pramith Foundation works across India on
Skill Development, Livelihoods, Education, Youth & Women Empowerment
, partnering with leading corporates to create scalable and measurable social impact.

? What will you do?

• Identify and develop new
CSR & corporate partnership opportunities

• Build relationships with
CSR Heads, ESG Leaders, HR Heads and senior corporate stakeholders

• Develop compelling
CSR proposals, concept notes, pitch decks and budgets

• Manage the fundraising cycle from
prospecting → engagement → proposal → closure → renewal

• Coordinate with programme teams to showcase impact and outcomes

• Manage the fundraising pipeline, CRM and key performance metrics

• Represent Pramith Foundation at
CSR forums, conferences and corporate meetings





? What are we looking for?

✔
2+years of experience
in
CSR, fundraising, corporate partnerships or business development

✔ Strong communication, presentation and proposal-writing skills

✔ Good understanding of the
Indian CSR ecosystem / ESG landscape

✔ Ability to engage confidently with senior corporate stakeholders

✔ Strong relationship management and business development skills

✔ Willingness to travel for meetings and field visits
