We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Marketing Specialist to join our team and support Adobe s APAC mid-market sales and marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in bringing marketing programs to life, coordinating regional activities, and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns that drive pipeline growth and accelerate sales success. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who thrives on execution excellence and contributing to revenue growth across the APAC region through accurate and impactful marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of field marketing programs aligned with regional and global strategic priorities.
- Coordinate a variety of marketing activities, including events, campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives across the APAC region.
- Manage all logistical aspects of marketing programs, such as scheduling, venue booking, travel arrangements, and vendor management.




- Ensure all marketing materials and communications consistently adhere to brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with mid-market sales teams to support pipeline generation and accelerate deal cycles.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales and marketing collateral for effective customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate data within marketing systems and databases, and support reporting on program performance and key metrics.
- Track marketing spend, assist with budget management, and ensure all activities align with operational processes and company policies.
- Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery and seamless execution across marketing, sales, and operations teams.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
