We are hiring for "HR Manager – Recruitment & Payroll"

Industry: Construction / Infrastructure

Experience: 5 - 8 Years
Qualifications: Any Graduation / MBA / PGDM
Salary: Up to 8.0 LPA
Location: Nallagandla, Hyderabad
Shifts: 9:30 Am to 6:30PM
6 Days working (Mon - Sat)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment, payroll, employee relations, HR administration, and statutory compliance for corporate and construction site employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical & non-technical roles.
- Handle manpower planning with project/site teams.
- Manage monthly payroll, attendance, leaves, overtime & allowances.




- Ensure PF, ESI, PT, TDS & Gratuity compliance.
- Handle employee grievances, records & final settlements.
- Manage onboarding and HR administration.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws.

Required Skills:
- Robust recruitment & payroll expertise.
- Hands-on HRMS/Payroll systems.
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws & statutory compliance.
- Experience in construction/infrastructure recruitment preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
