As Head of Engineering at this Stealth Startup you will be expected to Lead our Engineering team, Design and Develop API's for a large scale. Salary upto 2.5Cr.

Key Responsibilities
- Has upto 8 to 15 years of experience leading teams and scaling systems
- Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs and backend services for large-scale applications
- Optimize data pipelines and improve database design and performance (SQL/NoSQL).
- Build microservices and scalable system architectures to support high traffic and business-critical workflows.
- Support backend infrastructure for GenAI and AI/ML-powered systems, including data ingestion, orchestration, and service integration.
- Implement security best practices, authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms.
- Collaborate with frontend, mobile, product, DevOps, and senior engineering leaders to deliver reliable features.
- Contribute to architectural discussions, system design decisions, and long-term platform scalability.
