LJ Bathware is hiring passionate and target-driven Sales Executives to expand our dealer and distributor network across Kerala & Bangalore.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop new dealers and distributors.
- Visit architects, interior designers, builders, and retailers.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
- Promote LJ Bathware's premium product range.
- Submit daily sales reports and coordinate with the sales team.
Eligibility
- 1–3 years of sales experience (Bathware, Sanitaryware, Tiles, Building Materials, Hardware, or related industries preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹24,000 per month
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
