About the Role

As an Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities while supporting business leaders in achieving hiring goals. You will oversee sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, stakeholder engagement, recruitment analytics,



and hiring process optimization to ensure timely delivery of quality talent. This role requires strong recruitment expertise, excellent stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a dynamic, performance-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across assigned business functions and hiring requirements.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to identify the best talent aligned with business requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery against hiring targets.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
