The Process Trainer will train employees on email marketing processes, tools, and best practices, helping teams stay updated and consistent in their execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on email marketing processes and tools.
- Prepare and deliver training content, including presentations
- Onboard and train new joiners.
- Conduct refresher sessions for existing team members.
- Assess training effectiveness and gather feedback .
- Coordinate with Team Leads to identify training needs.
Requirements:
- B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech (Engineering background)
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Lecturer/Professor
- Robust presentation skills
- Strong PPT creation skills
- Strong interactive/communication skills Female candidates only
Preferred:
- Prior exposure to email marketing or digital marketing concepts is a plus (not mandatory)
