Role Description

The Head of Marketing is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading all marketing initiatives for ScrollRead. This role oversees the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include creating and refining marketing plans, managing campaigns, coordinating with product and content teams, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize growth. The Head of Marketing will also build and guide a marketing team, collaborate with sales to align go-to-market efforts,



and manage public relations activities to strengthen the brand and its market presence. This position requires strategic leadership combined with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, data-informed environment.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management to design and lead comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Experience in Market Research to understand audience behavior, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Background in Sales to support user growth, partnerships, and go-to-market activities.
- Ability to manage Public Relations to build brand awareness, handle media outreach, and shape brand narrative.
- Proven experience leading marketing in a digital or consumer-facing product setting, ideally within tech or content platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics tools to make decisions and measure campaign performance.
