Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Sales Administration Head to manage location-level supply chain and logistics operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, dealer service, warehouse management, compliance, cost optimization, and effective coordination with sales and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage transportation planning, route planning, load planning, space planning, and warehouse capacity.
- Ensure effective utilization of warehouse capacity through FIFO, warehouse matrix, frequent movers, and ageing analysis.
- Monitor budgeted vs. actual logistics expenditure and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team and stakeholders for timely execution of sales orders.
- Resolve order, transportation, and supply chain-related issues.




- Manage defective material collection, in warding, and settlement.
- Prepare, reconcile, and circulate BBND and ageing reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements and Supply Chain/Warehouse SOPs.
- Support monthly and quarterly audits, including Physical Stock Verification (PSV).
- Prepare audit reports and provide necessary clarifications in coordination with the Sales Administration Head.
- Manage team performance, accountability, communication, and development.
- Drive operational efficiency, reduce logistics costs, and ensure zero vehicle detention as per SLAs.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for location and HO.
- Maintain data for commercial reviews and Supply Chain audits.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams for smooth business operations.
