Job Summary We are looking for a confident and responsible Female HR Executive who can manage HR operations student fee collection and placement coordination The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills valuable follow-up ability and experience in handling students and administrative tasks Key Responsibilities1 HR Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment sourcing screening and scheduling interviews Maintain employee records HR files and documentation Assist with employee onboarding and induction Manage attendance leave records HR reports and support payroll activities Coordinate with management on HR-related tasks policies and procedures 2 Fee Collection Accounts Support Follow up with students for pending fees via calls WhatsApp Maintain fee records receipts and update payment details in the system Track daily fee collections and pending dues Prepare management reports pending list daily collection report etc Handle students politely and maintain professionalism during fee follow-ups 3 Placement Coordination Contact companies and HR teams to create placement opportunities for students Schedule student interviews and assist them throughout the placement process Maintain placement records follow progress and track selected candidates Build and maintain strong company relationships for ongoing placement support Required Skills Excellent communication skills Malayalam Good knowledge of MS Office Excel Word Ability to multitask and work under pressure Professional attitude and disciplined work ethic Experience in the education sector preferred Preference Female candidates only Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 30 128 69 per month Work Location In person
