We are seeking a reliable and experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance and repair activities across multiple leased buildings The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of electrical plumbing civil repair work interior finishing painting cleaning coordination and general facility upkeep The role also requires close interaction with tenants and ensuring timely resolution of their maintenance concerns Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance tasks across multiple buildings Oversee electrical plumbing civil carpentry and interior repair works Manage painting polishing cleaning common area upkeep and basic renovation activities Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution Assign work to technicians monitor progress and verify quality of repairs Coordinate with external vendors contractors when required Maintain maintenance logs checklists materials inventory and repair records Ensure buildings remain secure functional and in compliance with standards Conduct routine inspections to identify needs and plan preventive maintenance Report building issues cost estimates and repair updates to management Required Skills Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in building facility maintenance supervision Strong knowledge of electrical plumbing systems civil maintenance and interior works Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently Experience in managing teams of technicians and contractors Good communication skills to coordinate with tenants and management Basic computer knowledge for record-keeping and reporting Preferred Qualifications Diploma ITI in Electrical Mechanical or Civil fields Experience managing multiple buildings or commercial properties Working knowledge of safety standards and compliance practices What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Stable long-term opportunity with a reputed organization Travel allowance for site visits Supportive management and professional work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
