Job Summary Erecon Spaces Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support our interior fit-out project team The candidate will assist in design development preparing drawings coordinating with vendors and ensuring project execution aligns with design intent and quality standards Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing design concepts working drawings and 3D visualizations for interior fit-out projects Coordinate with clients project managers and contractors for design implementation Conduct site visits to monitor progress verify measurements and ensure adherence to drawings Prepare BOQs material specifications and presentation layouts Collaborate with senior architects and interior designers on space planning and detailing Ensure compliance with design standards safety codes and company quality requirements Manage revisions and maintain updated drawing records Support the team with project documentation and approvals Skills Required Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Revit and MS Office Knowledge of materials interior finishes and detailing Valuable understanding of fit-out execution and coordination Strong visualization and presentation skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Attention to detail with a problem-solving attitude Work Location On-site Ghorpadi Pune - ability to visit project sites as required Job Type Full-time Pay 8 202 13 - 34 780 53 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
