Job Role Accounting Executive Accountant This is a urgent need Immediate Joiners needed - Local Candidates preferred Male Candidates Preferred We are hiring a detail-oriented Accountant Executive to manage day-to-day operations The role also includes Attendance Vendor Calendar management ideal for someone who enjoys both Admin and accounting precision and clear communication Key Responsibilities Handle daily cash petty cash and bank transactions Perform bank reconciliation and ensure timely deposit of cash cheques Track EMI financing payments if applicable in retail stores Coordinate with accounting team for GST bills hallmarking details and statutory documentation Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP or jewellery accounting software Prepare monthly P L balance sheet schedules and cash-flow statements Generate sales bills purchase bills repair job-work bills estimate slips and gold exchange invoices Monitor outstanding receivables payables and ageing reports Knowledge of Jewellery terminology gold purity diamond quality karigar processes hallmarking Prepare and file GST returns GSTR-1 GSTR-3B with correct HSN codes for jewellery Maintain records for TCS TDS applicability Support auditors with required documentation during statutory or internal audits Ensure compliance with hallmarking billing norms and regulatory standards Good communication and coordination skills for customer interaction Required Skills Qualifications Education B Com or equivalent Experience 2-3 years of hands-on office administration experience in an large scale industry Retail Exp good to have Jewellery industry experience positive to have Location Erode - Gobichettipalayam Local Candidates preferred Interested Candidates share CV to placements newtron in Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 23 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Application Question s Will you able to commute to Gobichettipalayam Work Location In person
