Junior Accountant Location Calicut Females Preferred About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our Finance team The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting functions ensure accuracy in financial records and assist the senior finance team in smooth execution of operations This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment with exposure to diverse financial processes Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable Management Process daily weekly and monthly payments on time Cross-check all expenses with supporting documents and bills Prepare and maintain related statements and reconciliations Accounts Receivable Follow up with clients on outstanding payments Reconcile customer accounts and ensure timely collections Financial Reporting Analysis Assist in preparation of income and expense statements for events and shoots Support monthly quarterly and annual closing activities Maintain accurate books of accounts and ledgers Finance Operations Assist Senior Associate in day-to-day finance operations Support budgeting forecasting and financial analysis Ensure compliance with statutory requirements GST TDS etc General Accounting Support Prepare vouchers journal entries and reconciliations Maintain vendor and client records systematically Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as needed Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Commerce Business Administration B Com BBA Strong knowledge of Excel Tally and Zoho Invoices Basic understanding of Budgeting Financial Analysis and Statutory Compliance Working knowledge of GST TDS and other tax compliance Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and in a team What We Offer Opportunity to work closely with senior finance professionals Exposure to end-to-end accounting operations A supportive and growth-oriented work environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Work Location In person
