Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our Ahmedabad Satellite office The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge hands-on experience with accounting software Zoho Books preferred and the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping invoicing vendor payments and reconciliations Prepare and maintain financial reports ledgers and statements Ensure timely GST TDS Income Tax entries and compliance filings Manage accounts payable and receivable functions Assist in budgeting cost analysis payroll coordination and MIS reporting Coordinate with auditors banks vendors and internal teams for financial documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date records following company and statutory guidelines Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Master s degree in Accounting Commerce or Finance Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience Proficiency in Zoho Books Zoho Finance Module Preferred Strong knowledge of GST TDS Ledger management reconciliation Proficient in MS Excel Pivot VLOOKUP Statement formatting Positive communication and documentation skills Additional Requirements Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail Strong organizational and time-management skills Employment Type Full-Time Office Based Satellite Ahmedabad Salary Competitive based on skills and experience Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
