Apex is a growing transportation and logistics support company providing back-office solutions for a North America-based freight hauling and cross-border trucking operation serving Canada and the United States As part of our expansion we are seeking a skilled and proactive Dispatcher to join our operations team in India and support our North American dispatch and fleet management activities Position Summary The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing daily truck movements across Canada and the U S ensuring timely and efficient delivery of loads The ideal candidate will have experience with North American trucking dispatch operations excellent communication skills and hands-on knowledge of dispatch and tracking software Key Responsibilities Plan assign and monitor loads for company drivers and owner-operators Communicate with drivers regarding routes schedules and trip details Track and monitor truck movements using fleet management tools Coordinate with customers brokers and internal teams for load updates and issue resolution Ensure all cross-border documentation ACE ACI Bonds is accurate and submitted on time Maintain dispatch records load confirmations and trip logs in company systems Monitor driver hours fuel and equipment status to optimize operational efficiency Collaborate with the North American operations team to manage real-time challenges Required Skills Knowledge Hands-on experience with dispatching software TransPlus BorderConnect Samsara and CloudHawk Strong understanding of cross-border trucking bonds and customs documentation ACE ACI Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and under time-sensitive conditions Good knowledge of North American geography routes and trucking regulations Qualifications Bachelor s degree preferably in Logistics Supply Chain or a related field 1-3 years of experience in dispatching or fleet coordination North American experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dispatch management tools Work Schedule Must be available to align with North American time zones EST CST PST shifts as required Compensation Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work with an international logistics team and gain exposure to North American transportation operations Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Benefits Versatile schedule Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Experience Canadian - US Dispatch - Load booking Experience must 3 years Required Language English Preferred Shift availability Night Shift Preferred Work Location In person
