Job description Job Title Supply Mapping Field Executive Department Operations Sales Support Reporting To Operations Supply Manager Location Alwarpet-Chennai Work Type Full-time JOB SUMMARY The Supply Mapping Field Executive will be responsible for collecting mapping and maintaining accurate inventory details of available warehouses The role involves field visits data collection documentation and collaboration with internal teams to ensure that warehouse information is accurate up-to-date and easily accessible for leasing or supply chain operations KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct field visits to all warehouses to collect detailed inventory information Capture warehouse specifications including size location amenities storage capacity and current availability Map warehouse locations using GIS mapping tools or internal systems Maintain an up-to-date database of all warehouse inventory and property details Coordinate with operations leasing and sales teams to validate information Identify discrepancies or issues in warehouse data and report to the manager Assist in generating reports and dashboards for management review Ensure compliance with internal documentation standards and accuracy of all collected data Support business development and leasing teams with accurate inventory information QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in Business Logistics Supply Chain Real Estate or related field 1-3 years of experience in field operations inventory mapping or warehouse management preferred Familiarity with warehouse operations inventory tracking and mapping tools Proficiency in MS Office Excel Google Maps and CRM systems Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently for field visits CORE COMPETENCIES Attention to Detail Accuracy Field Data Collection Inventory Management Mapping GIS Tools basic knowledge Communication Coordination Skills Reporting Documentation Team Collaboration Two Wheeler license and Two Wheeler Willing to Travel 120 KM Day for 4 days a Week Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
