Job Title Pre-Nursery Teacher Department Early Childhood Education Location Harsha International Public School Reports To Coordinator Principal Job Summary The Pre-Nursery Teacher is responsible for nurturing and educating young children in a safe and stimulating environment This role involves fostering a love for learning encouraging social and emotional development and laying the foundation for lifelong educational success in alignment with CBSE guidelines Key Responsibilities Classroom Management Create and maintain a safe clean and engaging learning environment Ensure that learning materials and teaching aids are appropriate for pre-nursery age groups Manage classroom activities ensuring smooth transitions between different tasks Teaching Learning Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities focusing on motor skills language development social interaction and creativity Integrate play-based and activity-based learning strategies Introduce foundational concepts such as numbers letters colors shapes and basic vocabulary Utilize innovative teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles Child Development Foster the emotional cognitive and social development of children Encourage positive behavior and habits such as sharing cooperation and respect Observe and document each child s progress and developmental milestones Parent Engagement Maintain open communication with parents guardians about their child s progress activities and needs Organize parent-teacher meetings and workshops to involve families in the learning process Compliance Professionalism Follow CBSE guidelines and the school s curriculum framework Attend staff meetings training sessions and professional development programs Adhere to school policies including health and safety standards Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in early childhood education Nursery Teacher Training NTT or related field B Ed degree preferred Experience Prior experience as a Pre-Nursery Teacher or in a similar role Familiarity with CBSE curriculum frameworks and teaching strategies Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience creativity and enthusiasm for working with young children Ability to design engaging and age-appropriate learning activities Knowledge of child psychology and early education pedagogy Key Competencies Passion for teaching and nurturing young children Adaptability and willingness to use cutting-edge teaching methods Strong organizational and time-management skills Teamwork and collaboration with fellow teachers and school staff Work Environment The role involves interaction with young children in a classroom setting Physical activity is required including bending standing and lifting materials or children when necessary Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
