We are looking for a driven and technically sound Field Sales Executive to promote and sell electrical products including solar systems UPS and batteries The role involves field visits client meetings lead generation and achieving monthly sales targets within the assigned territory Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential customers industries commercial buildings dealers and electrical contractors Promote and sell solar power systems inverters UPS systems and batteries Generate new leads through field visits cold calling and networking Provide product demonstrations and explain technical specifications to clients Coordinate with the technical service team for site surveys installations and after-sales support Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell cross-sell related products Track competitor activities and update management regularly Prepare daily visit reports and maintain documentation of client interactions Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth Candidate Requirements Diploma Degree in Electrical Electronics or relevant technical field preferred 1-5 years of experience in field sales especially in electrical solar UPS or battery segment Robust communication and customer handling skills Technical understanding of solar systems UPS inverters and battery types SMF Tubular Lithium etc Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license Basic MS Office and CRM familiarity is a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Vashi Navi Mumbai Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Language Hindi Required English Required Marathi Preferred Willingness to travel 100 Preferred Work Location In person
