Job Title Medical Recruiter Resourcer Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Recruiter Resourcer to support our recruitment team in sourcing screening and identifying qualified medical professionals for roles across the UAE healthcare market This role is ideal for candidates with early experience in medical recruitment who are eager to build expertise in UAE healthcare licensing and grow long-term within the medical recruitment space Key Responsibilities Source and identify medical professionals using LinkedIn internal databases and recruitment platforms Proactively engage with candidates across various medical specialties Screen CVs and assess candidate suitability against client and role requirements Conduct initial candidate conversations via phone email and WhatsApp Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and databases Prepare edit and format CVs and supporting documentation Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment lifecycle Assist in learning and applying UAE healthcare licensing requirements DHA DOH MOH Work closely with recruitment consultants to meet hiring targets and deadlines Ensure high attention to detail when handling candidate data and documentation Requirements 6 months to 1 year of experience in medical recruitment or strong knowledge of medical terminology and specialties Understanding of medical roles such as Consultants Specialists General Practitioners GPs Nurses Allied Health Professionals Proven experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and databases Knowledge of the UAE healthcare market is a strong advantage Excellent written and spoken English Confident communicating with candidates over the phone Tech-savvy with Strong Excel skills Proficiency in MS Word Ability to edit documents accurately and write professional emails Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset Proactive hardworking and eager to learn Benefits Driven and motivated to grow within medical recruitment Willing to learn UAE licensing processes and regulatory authorities Qualified reliable and well-spoken Able to work independently and collaboratively Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
