Job Summary The Visa Counsellor will guide students and clients through the entire visa application process for countries such as Australia Canada UK USA and Europe The role involves client counselling documentation evaluation filling visa applications and providing complete support until visa approval The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills sales ability and knowledge of immigration visa processes Key ResponsibilitiesClient Counselling Conversion Counsel students clients regarding study tourist dependent and work visa options Understand client profiles and recommend suitable countries courses or visa categories Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into admissions visa applications Maintain a high conversion rate through professional guidance and relationship building Documentation Application Processing Review client documents and ensure completeness as per embassy immigration rules Assist clients in preparing SOPs financial documents and visa checklists Fill visa application forms accurately offline online Ensure timely submission of applications and appointment booking Coordinate with universities colleges if required for offer letters or admissions Communication Support Handle queries professionally via phone email WhatsApp and walk-ins Provide regular updates to clients about application progress Counsel clients on pre-departure requirements medicals biometrics and travel guidelines Compliance Reporting Maintain updated knowledge of visa policies embassy changes and immigration updates Keep accurate records of client files and follow company CRM procedures Prepare daily weekly reports and meet assigned targets Required Skills Qualifications Graduate in any stream Bachelor s degree preferred Experience in visa counselling immigration services or overseas education preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to guide clients confidently and handle objections Knowledge of visa documentation embassy rules and online filing systems Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Preferred Attributes Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement attitude Professional confident and presentable personality Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to handle pressure and work in a quick-paced environment Benefits Attractive salary incentives based on conversions Training on multiple country visa processes Career growth within the organization Supportive and positive working environment Job Type Full-time Pay 10 926 40 - 34 372 04 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
