Department Accounts Finance Experience Minimum 5 Years Qualification B Com M Com Job Summary The Account Executive will handle day-to-day accounting operations maintain accurate financial records and support month-end and year-end closing activities The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles taxation and financial reporting along with hands-on experience in Tally and Excel Key Responsibilities Maintain daily accounting entries including sales purchase receipts and payments Prepare and reconcile bank statements ledgers and financial records Manage accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding payments Assist in preparation of GST TDS and other statutory returns Support in monthly and annual financial closing and audit processes Prepare MIS reports profit loss statements and balance sheets Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements Coordinate with auditors vendors and internal departments as needed Maintain proper documentation of invoices vouchers and bills Required Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in Tally ERP Tally Prime MS Excel and MS Office Familiar with GST TDS and Income Tax procedures Good analytical and numerical skills Attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and teamwork skills Preferred Attributes Experience in manufacturing service consultancy industry as applicable Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data Job Type Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
