Job Responsibilities - Production Executive Food Processing Seasoning Pouch Packing Oversee daily production operations in food processing seasoning mixing and pouch-packing units to ensure smooth workflow and on-time output Plan and allocate manpower materials and machine schedules to achieve production targets efficiently Monitor product quality at each stage of processing seasoning and packing ensuring compliance with food safety standards FSSAI HACCP ISO Ensure adherence to SOPs hygiene practices and Good Manufacturing Practices GMP Coordinate with procurement quality maintenance and warehouse teams to maintain adequate raw material stock troubleshoot issues and ensure timely dispatch Supervise machine operations such as mixers roasters blenders form-fill-seal machines and pouch-packing lines Track production data maintain logs and prepare daily weekly monthly production reports Identify process improvements to reduce waste increase efficiency and optimize production costs Train and guide line operators and workers on production techniques safety practices and quality protocols Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance to reduce downtime Ensure proper packaging standards including sealing quality weight accuracy batch coding and labeling Maintain workplace safety by implementing safety protocols and monitoring compliance across the facility Support new product trials seasoning formulation adjustments and packaging development activities Key skills Technical expertise in manufacturing processes Strong organizational and planning abilities Leadership and people management skills Budgeting and cost control Problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication skills to liaise with other departments Job Type Full time Pay 480 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Work Location In person
