We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving business goals The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role and strong hands-on knowledge of CRM systems e g Salesforce HubSpot Zoho or similar This role requires excellent communication organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Manage and update customer information leads and sales activities in the CRM system Assist the sales team with preparing proposals quotations presentations and sales reports Coordinate communication between clients and the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups Track sales performance metrics and generate weekly monthly management reports Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth sales operations Handle order processing documentation and coordination with internal departments operations finance marketing Respond to customer inquiries and route queries to appropriate team members Maintain the sales calendar schedule meetings and organize sales-related events or training sessions Assist in monitoring sales pipelines and ensuring high data accuracy in CRM tools Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure efficient workflow Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related field 2-3 years of experience in a sales coordination sales support or administrative role Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM platforms Excellent communication written verbal and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office Excel PowerPoint Word Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Application Question s what is your current salary what is your expected salary are you a immediate joiner Work Location In person
