Shift - Day Shift 9 Hours Experience - Minimum 1 year Tally is required Contact - (phone hidden) Position Overview The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and supporting the finance team in maintaining the financial health of the organization The role requires familiarity with manufacturing cost structures inventory management and compliance with relevant financial regulations Key Responsibilities Accounting Operations Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable AP accounts receivable AR and general ledger GL entries Process invoices receipts and payments accurately and on time Financial Reporting Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports including profit and loss statements balance sheets and cash flow statements Assist in preparing and analysing budgets and forecasts Cost Accounting Monitor and manage inventory accounts and assist in cost analysis related to manufacturing operations Ensure accurate recording of production costs overhead and raw materials Reconciliation and Compliance Perform bank reconciliations supplier account reconciliations and inventory reconciliations Ensure compliance with GST TDS and other statutory regulations Assist in internal and external audits by preparing relevant documentation and reports Payroll Processing Assist in processing payroll and maintaining accurate payroll records ERP Accounting Software Use accounting software and ERP systems e g SAP Tally QuickBooks for data entry and financial management Documentation and Record-keeping Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation in line with company policies Support Tasks Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls Support the finance team with ad-hoc financial projects and reporting requirements Key Qualifications Skills Education Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field Experience 1-2 years of experience in accounting roles preferably in the manufacturing industry Skills Proficiency in accounting software Tally Strong understanding of GST TDS and other regulatory compliance requirements Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools Strong attention to detail analytical skills and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Preferred Attributes Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost structures Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines High level of integrity and professionalism Compensation Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Advantages include health insurance provident fund etc - specify as per company policy Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 17 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Language English Preferred Work Location In person
