Dasra drives collaborative action to accelerate social change in India Dasra embraces diversity across people and communities through multiplicity in composition integrated with structures culture and policies enhancing inclusion and belonging for all in letter and spirit We envision a team that includes people across caste religion gender economic status geography disability and other underrepresented communities supported by organizational structures that enable collective transparent and fair decision making guided by policies that facilitate growth and authenticity within an environment of openness and listening We believe that GEDI in our institutional and programmatic endeavours will enhance drive and accelerate social impact and social change through an integration of the worldviews of the most marginalized recognition of their vulnerabilities rights and potentials and through prioritization of their needs About the Rebuild Team The Rebuild India Fund aims to support the most vulnerable communities across India and the NGOs that work with them by giving them the power to serve meaningfully and the flexibility to run their organizations as they see fit We will do this by funding 100 locally led community-rooted NGOs every year with 5-year unrestricted grants backed by need-based multi-year capacity-building support The fund works with NGOs philanthropists and sector intermediaries to amplify the voices of leaders from the community and shift power dynamics in grant-making Having already committed 17 1M to 274 NGOs and now expanding to 500 NGOs we are excited to move into this new and unique chapter of our work and build the team that will enable it We are looking for driven passionate and empathetic individuals who are committed to supporting locally led community-rooted NGOs across India who are excited by the idea of creating a path-breaking movement that challenges the status quo and who have a burning desire to see an equitable India What You Will Do As an Analyst of Communications you will work closely with the Rebuild India Fund team to create high-quality purpose-driven communication that elevates the voices of community-rooted NGOs and deepens funder engagement In this role you will Create compelling content for social media newsletters blogs videos and campaigns that highlight the impact of grassroots NGOs and the Fund s work Design visually engaging assets including social media creatives decks reports and communication collaterals using strong design thinking principles and an eye for detail Collaborate across teams to translate complex sector insights into clear human-centric communication that resonates with funders partners and the wider development ecosystem Support in content planning and execution for the Fund s digital platforms ensuring consistency relevance and storytelling excellence Analyze engagement and performance data from digital platforms and use insights to improve communication strategy and content quality Support documentation and storytelling including field stories donor communications case studies and learning resources Work with minimal handholding proactively identifying gaps contributing fresh ideas and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment Build robust relationships with internal teams NGO partners and funders through clear communication curiosity and a collaborative mindset Who We Are Looking For We work at the intersection of philanthropy social impact and strategy and we are seeking someone who is excited to explore all three You are likely a excellent fit if you are 2-3 years into your career with internships volunteer experience or academic projects that show initiative and curiosity A strong communicator clear confident and able to listen actively Enthusiastic about the sector and motivated to contribute meaningfully Relationship oriented energized by interacting with people and naturally collaborative Highly organized able to manage multiple priorities and willing to take ownership of your work Analytical and resourceful with an ability to break down problems and work through them step by step Eager to learn open to feedback and excited to grow in a fast-paced environment Someone from the development sector will be preferred Think you have what it takes but not sure you check every box Apply to the role anyway We d love the opportunity to determine whether you could be a great fit
