Dear candidates We are hiring Tender Executive Location - Rohini Delhi Salary - 15k - 25k Exp - min 1 yr Qualification - Any Graduation Daily monitoring and searching of tenders on GeM and other government private tender portals Analyze tender documents identify business opportunities and prepare tender summaries Prepare and submit documents required for tender participation technical and financial Coordinate internally with the sales technical and finance teams to compile required documents Maintain and update tender tracking sheets and MIS reports regularly Handle vendor registration product listing and bidding process on GeM portal Communicate with government departments or tender authorities for any clarifications or queries Ensure timely submission of bids and follow up on tender status Assist in pre-qualification documents compliance documents and other necessary paperwork Stay updated on changes and recent processes in the GeM portal and other tender platforms Understand and explain basic specifications to prepare technical proposals Experience in handling bids for aerosol maintenance services or supply contracts Knowledge of other portals like CPPP E-Procurement portals E-Tender etc Basic understanding of commercial terms like EMD PBG GST MSME etc Interested candidates can call or whatsapp on (phone hidden) Regards Ayushi Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
