Job Title Senior Payroll Compliance Officer Company Shree Vinod Management Services Pvt Ltd Location Andheri West Mumbai On-site 5 Mins walk from Andheri Station Employment Type Full time About the Company Shree Vinod Management Services Pvt Ltd is a leading compliance consultancy firm providing professional services in payroll processing PF ESIC and labour law compliance to over 200 clients We are seeking a capable and responsible professional to strengthen our compliance team Key Responsibilities Independently manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients ensuring accuracy and timely disbursal Ensure compliance with PF ESIC MLWF PT and BOCW laws including return filing contribution tracking and portal management Handle joint declarations KYC updates UAN activation DSC registration and coordination with EPFO and ESIC offices Prepare and file annual returns e g Form 5A Factory Form 27 and maintain statutory compliance registers Coordinate document submission and follow-ups with government offices and clients Assist clients with PF withdrawals pension claims transfer cases and issue resolution Maintain labour records contractor salary sheets and wage registers as per minimum wage guidelines Draft and process documents for labour license renewals shop establishment registration and audit inspections Manage grievance redressals through formal communication with statutory authorities Participate in and lead labour law audits at client locations including construction sites and factories Monitor deadlines for filings respond to inspection notices and track progress on pending cases Provide training and support to junior staff and act as liaison for escalated compliance matters Maintain regular communication with clients for updates reminders and statutory advice Requirements Experience Minimum 1-2 years in payroll and statutory compliance PF ESIC Education 12th Pass or Graduate Commerce Law HR preferred Proficient in MS Excel Word and basic computer operation Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and government portals Strong communication organizational and follow-up skills Salary 20 000 - 25 000 per month based on experience Benefits Provident Fund PF ESIC Walk-In Interview Details Timing 10 00 AM - 12 00 PM Monday to Saturday Address Parsian Apt B 202 Vitthalbhai Patel Rd Lohana Colony Andheri West Mumbai - 400058 Opposite Nadco Shopping Center Whatsapp Call 91 (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
