Job Title Team Leader - Play Area Company Peppe Planet Location Aluva Job Type Full-Time Salary 20 000 per month About the Role Peppe Planet is looking for an energetic and responsible Team Leader to manage daily operations at our kids indoor play area The ideal candidate will supervise staff maintain safety and hygiene standards ensure a great customer experience and support the Center Manager in smooth daily operations Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the Peppe Planet play area Ensure all zones and equipment are clean safe and well-maintained Monitor customer flow and manage crowd control Handle opening and closing procedures Lead schedule and guide staff members Train new staff on SOPs safety and customer service Assist customers and resolve on-ground issues Maintain safety and hygiene protocols Report maintenance or safety concerns Support the Center Manager with daily reports and coordination Qualifications Plus Two Diploma Degree Minimum 2 years of team-handling or customer service experience Strong leadership and communication skills Basic computer knowledge Ability to multitask and work under pressure Skills Required Leadership team management Customer service excellence Problem-solving Time management Safety awareness Positive attitude people handling Work Setting Indoor mall-based kids play area Fast-paced environment Requires standing walking for long periods Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
