Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales and Marketing Executive to lead and grow our customer base across key industrial and infrastructure sectors The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies managing client relationships and expanding market share for Electro Poles Products Pvt Ltd Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business goals Identify new business opportunities in government tenders EPC contracts utilities real estate infrastructure and construction sectors Build and maintain robust relationships with clients contractors consultants and decision-makers Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations Coordinate with the technical and production team to meet customer specifications Track market trends competitor activities and pricing strategies Participate in trade shows exhibitions and industry events to promote brand visibility Manage end-to-end sales cycle lead generation negotiation closing and post-sales support Meet monthly and annual sales targets and provide regular reports to management Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration Electrical Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales marketing of industrial or infrastructure-related products Excellent knowledge of B2B sales government procurement processes and tendering Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Willingness to travel extensively as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience in the electrical poles power distribution or infrastructure materials industry minimum 3 years Existing client network in relevant sectors DISCOMs PWD EPC companies etc MBA in Marketing preferred but not mandatory Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
