Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with 3–4 years of professional experience to join our team in Dehradun.

The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing paid and organic campaigns, improving online visibility, and driving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, website traffic, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, market research, and performance analysis.




- Manage social media channels and develop strategies to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
- Plan and coordinate content marketing initiatives, including website content, blogs, social media content, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant analytics tools.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities for improving conversion rates, customer acquisition, and overall marketing ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, search engine algorithm updates, advertising platforms, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand communication and marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- 3–4 years of proven professional experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google
