Loan Collection Executive - Call Center
Job Summary
Make outbound calls and take inbound calls to assist and collaborate with customers for customers to make their payments as per loan agreement executed.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in domestic or international call center in personal loans, credit card, short term loan, digital loan, home loan or insurance in collections team.
- Spoken language requirement: English.
- Education: Minimum 10th pass.
- Age: Minimum 23 yrs.
- Shift: 10 hr shift between 8am to 8pm, 5 day working, rotational off, weekend working.
- Location: Bengaluru.
